AC Design (AlbCad Design) provides a full range of building permits plans for structural and mechanical engineering systems, buildings engineering inspection, architectural design for buildings limited and not exceeds 600 m2 ( 6455 sq.ft ) in gross area or 3 storeys in building height in Province of Ontario and buildings not exceeds 300 m2 ( 3255 sq.ft ) in gross area or 2 storeys in building height in Province of Quebec. We are specialized in residential and commercial  engineering design services structural, heating ventilation air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection and signalization systems even in the the most complicated projects.  We provide the services and output of a large multi-disciplinary firm but we are structured as a small firm.
